ControlAir LLC, a leading manufacturer of precision pneumatic and electro-pneumatic control products, is pleased to announce the addition of a 0–5 psig output range to its popular Type 900X Miniature I/P, E/P Transducer, expanding its low-pressure control capabilities for precision pneumatic applications.
Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Type 900X delivers guaranteed ±0.10% of span accuracy, hysteresis, and repeatability, ensuring precise and dependable pressure control across its operating range. The compact housing, flexible mounting options, and integral volume booster provide fast response and high flow capacity while maintaining low air consumption.
The Type 900X is available with multiple input options, including 4–20 mA and voltage signals, and offers a wide selection of pneumatic output ranges. The new 0–5 psig output range operates with supply pressures from 10 to 30 psig (0.7 to 2.1 bar). Accuracy, hysteresis, and repeatability are ±0.10% of span, with deadband of 0.02% of span. Air consumption is approximately 1.5 scfh (0.75 Nl/min) at mid-range typical.
